Julian Weselek is the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Tourlane, the planning and booking service for expert-made dream vacations. Founded in Berlin in 2016, Tourlane allows travelers to affordably plan and book personalized, multi-day tours online – cutting out the time and frustration of coordinating multiple bookings from various vendors. Driven by a passion for innovation, Julian graduated at the top of his class from the London School of Economics, before returning to Berlin where he nurtured several successful startups for Rocket Internet. It was here that in 2016, he co-founded Tourlane with his childhood friend Julian Stiefel. Now active in 7 markets, the company offers customers 50+ destinations. If Julian W. isn’t in one of Tourlane’s offices, he’s probably on safari in Tanzania.

Tourlane is headquartered in Berlin and has raised a total of $81M USD from the world’s most renowned VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Spark Capital. Travel entrepreneurs that have invested in Tourlane include Airbnb co-founder Nathan Blecharczyk, GetYourGuide founder Johannes Reck, Qunar founder Fritz Demopoulos, as well as Trivago founders Malte Siewert and Rolf Schrömgens.
