After finishing his studies in 1994 Frank took different management functions for Vodafone and Mannesmann. In 2011 he became Director Group Technology Products and Services at Vodafone Group Plc. where he was mainly involved in commercial market launch of numerous new services
and technologies such as UMTS and LTE. In October 2015 he joined the TUI Group as Director of Group Strategy before he has been appointed as member of TUI Group’s Executive Board with effect from 1 January 2017. Since then he is in charge of the Group’s Future Markets and IT.
