All registration fees are non-refundable. Discounts apply to new registrations only, registrations currently in the system would not apply. Discount offers may not be combined. No discounts apply to onsite pricing or early bird registration pricing.

Companies that have purchased a sponsorship or exhibition opportunity receive special pricing on registrations. If you need additional information or assistance, please contact [email protected].
Suppliers
Discounted pricing may be available for employees of hotels and resorts, car rental companies, airlines, rail providers and cruise lines. To see if you are eligible for supplier pricing, contact [email protected] for more information.
How to apply your discount code

- Enter your email address
- Enter the appropriate code in the "ID Code" field (located just below the email address field)
- Click "Continue."
- The revised registration price appears at the bottom of the next page ("Attendee Information").
