Booking Details

• A limited number of rooms are available at the conference rate starting at 375€ including breakfast. Rate includes VAT; an additional city tax of 13.20€ per person per day is applicable to guests over 16 years of age and will be collected at checkout.
• Reservation transfers will be accepted up until 72 hours prior to the arrival date. All requests must be made in writing.
• Bookings in the Phocuswright Europe room block are reserved for registered conference attendees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and change requests must be made in writing. Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 night room and tax. Cancellation within 7 Day(s) before arrival or no shows will be charged a non-refundable payment for the full booking.
