Product Description: Destygo has designed the smart traveler assistant. The chatbots we deploy for our customers are able to answer the most frequent requests from their travelers. Travelers receive updated and customized information via the messaging channels they are comfortable with (such as Facebook Messenger). Human customer service agents focus on the most complex requests and have more time to give personalized answers. Thanks to our solution, technology is complementary to humans.
Business Model: Destygo operates on a business model divided into two distinct parts: (1) A set-up fee based on the number of days and resources needed to build the use cases of the bots at different stages; (2) A monthly license fee, including access to Destygo's technology, maintenance of the chatbot's skills, and an expected volume threshold of messages.
Competitors: Pure end-to-end chatbot players: Kore.ai, Botfuel, Inbenta, Nuance
Competitive Edge: Thanks to our expertise and focus on the travel industry, we can advise our clients during the definition of use cases. Also, we offer a technology that doesn't need extra development. Our platform is built so that clients can improve the chatbot without coding.
Market Opportunity: The online travel market is the biggest e-market in the world and will reach $1.1B by 2020. Messaging apps are more frequented than social media today. Combining these two growing markets, the chatbot market has a huge potential. Destygo has decided to focus on airlines, airports, railways, hotel chains and TMCs/OTAs. These actors are mainly present in Europe and North America.
