Product Description: Standard OTA model, except that in addition to a standard OTA, we collect additional USP data about hotels, i.e. highly granular unique data about halal-friendliness and family-friendliness of food, alcohol, pool, beach and spa services. We augment this USP data with standard content, which we obtain via Expedia, and make it searchable for our halal-conscious customers.

Competitors: Standard OTA giants, who do not have these USPs (there are many small local "halal travel" players but we are the only global "halal travel" OTA).
Competitive Edge: World's number-one website for millions of halal-conscious families to search for hotels by special needs such as availability of halal food, no-alcohol arrangements, and pool, beach or spa facilities either for ladies only or for private family use or mixed-gender facilities with modest swimwear allowed.
Market Opportunity: Annual Muslim traveler spend: $230B
Portion of fully halal-conscious and partially halal-conscious travelers 30-50% = $90B
Portion of Accommodation 1/3 = $30M; Portion of T&A 1/3 = $30M
Current scope: Accommodation - $30B market; Future scope: T&A – another $30B market = $60M in total.
