We are reinventing the proven concept in luxury travel and lifestyle, the concierge, for everyone in the city. Prontopia makes travel stress free and helps seniors live safely at home with an extra helping hand carrying things, getting around in carless city centers, translating, and a range of unforseen problems that can ruin a trip and limit seniors' quality of life.
Business Model: We charge affordable pay-as-you-go fees. Our local assistants earn 75% and we receive 25% commission. We generate additional revenue by upselling adjacent products and services, and productizing services with our B2B partners.
Competitors: Ugo (EU) and Papa (U.S.) help seniors. Glovo delivers from local stores. TaskRabbit helps with tasks on demand. Individual holiday hosts welcoming guests have become less common and tour operators don’t cater to the individual DIY traveler. Prontopia serves interdependent verticals.

Our community model creates value for all stakeholders: customers, assistants, partners and cities. We optimize using data that is currently fragmented and offline.
Market Opportunity: City agencies do not have the bandwidth to deliver the human services we need. The senior city services market is $480B globally and will double by 2030. The market for incidental in-trip services for international arrivals is estimated at $70B. We need more help getting around as cities increasingly limit car traffic. Current "micromobility" solutions such as bikes and scooters don't help our customer segments. Covid-19 has disrupted the future of travel. We need sustainable solutions that give voice to local residents, and duty of care safety nets for travelers powered by real people.
