Product Description: Holidayheroes is the world’s first booking platform without search. Designed as a personalized feed, just like Spotify, Pinterest or Instagram. The product aggregates billions of combinations and uses algorithms to identify the best opportunities. We’re allowing users to find by only defining who they are, and the type of holiday. Within 2 seconds our algorithm generates a personalized feed of offers, matching the best destinations, dates, flights, hotel and prices, and users then book right from the feed, saving time and making it easy and fun.
Business Model: We generate 10-12% margin on each holiday package booked on our platform. Our business model leverages direct connections to ensure competitive pricing and maximize profitability.
Competitors: OTAs that are offering Dynamic packages and direct suppliers.
Competitive Edge: World’s first booking platform without the search. We’re allowing our users to skip the search by just defining who they are, and what type of holiday they’re looking for, and in just 2 sec, our algorithm generates a personalized feed with the most relevant offers. Saving time and frustration.
Market Opportunity: Dynamic holiday packages is the fastest growing segment in leisure travel, growing 8% YoY in a global holiday packages market of $300Bn.
holidayheroes is solving the pain and complexity of booking a holiday - 43% of holidaymakers do not enjoy booking a holiday, and most are frustrated with lack of personalization.
None of the existing competitors are solving for the challenge of simplicity and personalization and therefore holidayheroes is well positioned to fill up that gap and become dominant in the category.
Early Customers: Since Launch in Feb 2022, 70K travelers booked on our platform, with 26% repeating customers, 65% below 40, 41% Gen-Z.
