Brianna MacNeil is an AI product director, former Techstars-backed founder & CEO, and 0-to-1 product builder with over a decade of experience across tech startups, strategic partnerships, AI, and personalization.

At TravelAI, Brianna leads AI product and personalization, building traveler memory systems, personalization infrastructure, and core consumer experiences such as search and property discovery across a portfolio of 530+ travel brands. She is also leading Traveler.md, an initiative focused on creating a portable traveler profile and memory standard that helps people bring their preferences with them across AI assistants, agents, and travel services.

Previously, Brianna co-founded Bitback, a fintech startup backed by Techstars Berlin and the DMZ Accelerator, after incubating an earlier product, Dial Crypto, at IDEO CoLab. She is especially interested in responsible AI deployment, AI safety, agentic workflows, and building practical AI products from the ground up.
