Before founding Move, Erez built, scaled, and successfully exited Smartair, gaining hands-on experience with the operational and infrastructure challenges behind modern travel commerce.

Years before AI became mainstream in travel, Erez identified a major behavioral shift: travelers no longer wanted to search through filters, they wanted to express intent and have technology handle the complexity. This insight led to the early development of infrastructure designed to transform travel intent into fully executable, end-to-end bookings.
