Samuel Flynn is a serial entrepreneur, fintech innovator, travel payments thought leader, and the founder and CEO of Hands In, a London-based split payments and revenue recovery solutions platform.
Frustrated by the complexity of split payments for group travel, events, and high-value bookings, Samuel founded Hands In after graduating university. What started as a solution for group payments quickly revealed a larger problem: businesses were losing millions due to failed transactions caused by insufficient funds and abandoned carts.
Under Samuel’s leadership, Hands In has expanded across multiple travel niches, including retail, airline ticketing, and OTAs, establishing a global presence and helping merchants recover lost revenue across regions. The company’s solutions, multi-card payments, multi-method payments, group payments, and decline recovery, enable businesses to increase average transaction values and reduce checkout friction, while giving consumers the flexibility to pay how they want.
Samuel’s work has been featured in the BBC, Retail Week, Fintech Times, UKTN, and FF Finance, and he has given interviews to Aviation Business News and FinTech Futures. His achievements include the Founders of the Future Award, TTG 30 Under 30, and the UK’s Fintech Rising Star award. He continues to drive Hands In’s mission to reshape payments globally, helping businesses capture every possible transaction while empowering consumers with freedom and choice at checkout.
