Julien Nicolas, 42 years old, is the Deputy CEO of e-voyageurs SNCF, head of OUI.sncf, the SNCF MaaS program and its Personal Mobility Assistant application.
His role consists of managing business operations and customer satisfaction regarding the overall offers, products and services related to the destination France, tourism, train travel, and day-to-day mobility activities. His core responsibilities include providing an optimised and personalised experience to each client using OUI.sncf websites (available in French and other European languages), MaaS program and SNCF Personal Mobility Assistant application.
Graduated from Pau Business School, Julien Nicolas started his career in 2001 at TPS (La Télévision par Satellite – TF1 Group) as a Customer Relations Manager. Julien joined Voyages-sncf.com in 2005 (rebranded to OUI.sncf in 2018) as a CRM/WEB Project Manager after which he became Director of French and European Customer Service in 2008. He was successively appointed Director of the European -and later- French Business Unit before they both merged into a unified Business Unit in February 2018.
