Rachel Luff believes there is nothing like being part of a community working towards something unique, unrivalled and distinctive that can wholeheartedly make a difference.
Rachel joined Expedia Group in 2017 where she helped to establish a location-based model for employee engagement, to enable a global culture to be inclusive and locally relevant. In line with these efforts, Rachel curated and lead programmes in communications, learning academies and inclusion. Rachel continues this work in her current role, leading Expedia Group’s global Ally Skills programme which is being rolled out to all 22,000 employees. Rachel’s additional responsibilities cover consulting employee resource groups, leadership teams and driving inclusion to be embedded into the business. This work enables Rachel to empower others through education to drive real change in fostering an inclusive workplace.
Rachel from Tonbridge, England trained in Business Management at Bournemouth University and has since worked at several charities including Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity and Sparks Children’s Medical Research Charity, her last job was with Dow Jones before joining Expedia Group. Rachel currently lives in London and has recently earned a certification from Cornell University in Diversity & Inclusion.
