Christoph focuses on investments in travel, mobility & logistics space such as GetYourGuide, HomeToGo, Impala, omio, LimeHome, sennder, Dexory and Scoutbee.

He is also chairman of the board of HomeToGo SE, which went public at Frankfurt Stock Exchange market in September 2021.

Christoph joined Lakestar Venture Capital in 2016 and is active in deal-sourcing of mainly growth-stage companies in Europe.

Prior to Lakestar, Christoph was a Co-Founder and on the management board of Tomorrow Focus, one of the first internet companies which went public on Frankfurt Stock Exchange market.

He started his professional career at Bertelsmann and also worked as senior advisor for the investment firms BC Partners, GCA Altium and the travel tech company Amadeus.

Christoph received a diploma in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Cologne.
