Andrzej Kozlowski has been with the eSky Group since 2015, when he assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer. Since 2016, he has been on the Management Board. After joining eSky, he carried out a deep restructuring of the company's financial processes and concentrated them in Katowice. He also played an important role in the company's dynamic international expansion and maximisation of operational efficiency, generating excellent financial results (10-fold increase in EBITDA). At the same time, he built the Human Resources department from scratch. He holds many years of experience in financial and management areas, which he gained while working, e.g., for Deloitte. In February 2025 Andrzej Kozlowski was appointed as eSky Group's CEO.
