Cesar Zurita is the Co-founder and Chief Business Operating Officer of Turpal, a travel-tech SaaS company based in Dubai. With a mission to transform the in-destination travel experience, Turpal helps travel agencies, DMCs, and tour operators digitize their operations and unlock new revenue streams through automation and personalized engagement.

A seasoned executive, Cesar brings over 15 years of international experience in business operations, strategy, and scaling high-growth startups. Before Turpal, he held senior leadership roles at Nexmo/Vonage (acquired by Ericsson) and Unifonic, where he managed global teams and oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets across EMEA and APAC. His background also includes a solid foundation in strategy consulting and business transformation.

Cesar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Toulouse University and an MBA from ISC Paris, which he later complemented with an Executive Education program at Columbia University in New York. He has lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas, giving him a uniquely global outlook. At Turpal, he leads the company’s growth strategy, partnerships, and customer success operations, driving impact at the intersection of travel, technology, and innovation.
