Can I register in person at the event?
Yes, registrations are accepted onsite, however we encourage you to register early to receive valuable conference information and to take advantage of the pre-conference networking opportunities available to registered attendees on the My Conference attendee portal.
Only one discount may be taken per registration. Discount offers may not be combined. Discounts do not apply to registrations completed with early-bird pricing.
Is a group discount available?

Will the Phocuswright Europe registration close at any point?
Due to the popularity of the event, we recommend that customers register early as there is always the possibility that the event will sell out.
What is included in my registration fee?
The registration fee allows access to all events and functions during the event and includes: conference materials, receptions, meals and breaks as specified in the program.
Does the registration fee include travel costs for the conference?
All travel costs including air and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. Phocuswright has secured a block of rooms at the conference rate at the host hotel. Rooms in the conference room block are reserved for conference attendees. Detailed hotel information including a link and instructions to book your reservation at the host hotel are included in the registration confirmation.
How is my registration confirmed?
After completing registration, you will be routed to a confirmation page that will allow you to add the event to your calendar, print a receipt, edit your registration, as well as view a map and directions. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration information.
What forms of payment do you accept for the conference fee?
Registration payment is by credit card. Other payment methods must be requested; in those cases, payment is due within two weeks of registration to secure your registration. Discounts will be forfeited if payment is late. A 1.5% finance charge per month will apply to any payments received 30 days after registration date.
If I can’t attend, can I transfer my registration?
Registrations may be transferred to another employee in your company and requests for transfers of registration fees must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of the event unless specified in a separate contract. Registrations not transferred by this date will be forfeited and will not be eligible for transfer or a credit memo. View all registration terms and conditions here.
What if I have to cancel?
Canceled registrations that are eligible to receive a credit memo must be canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of the event; the credit memo is 75% of the value of the registration fee. Registrations not canceled by this deadline will be forfeited and a credit memo will not be issued. All registration fees are non-refundable. View all registration terms and conditions here.
My credit card won’t process.
Credit card processing problems are generally caused by a mismatch in the billing address of the credit card holder. Check that the address entered matches the billing address listed with your credit card provider or contact your credit card provider to authorize the charge.
My registration timed out, do I have to reenter all of my information?
The system will save all of the information you have previously entered. Simply enter the email address that you used to begin the registration and the password created during the initial registration and the fields will populate with the data entered.
Do you offer a Center Stage only ticket?
We do not offer a Center Stage only ticket. We have found that attending all days of the event offers the best conference experience and provides the best value for our attendees.
Do you offer an exhibit hall only ticket?
We do not offer an exhibit or expo access only ticket. Conference tickets are based around attending all days of the event and provide access to all sessions, functions and receptions during the event. The exhibit hall and theater are accessible to all attendees with the ability to move freely about the event. Many of the meals and receptions are hosted on the exhibit floor.

How can I book a reservation at the host hotel?
Reservations within the conference room block at the host hotel are reserved for registered conference attendees. Your conference registration confirmation email contains a link to make your online hotel reservation in the conference room block.

General Conference Information
Phocuswright Europe offers many opportunities to network, and socialize with fellow attendees. Relax with your colleagues and newfound friends at a variety of functions. Refer to the program for times and locations.
How can I see a list of who is attending?
A formal attendee list will be available at the start of the conference to all registered attendees. You can view a list of companies currently attending HERE.
Will I have the opportunity to connect with other registered attendees prior to the event?
The My Conference attendee portal will be available to all registered attendees prior to the event. Through the conference portal, you will be able to network with other attendees before, during and after the event. All registered attendees will receive email notification and instructions for accessing portal when it is live.
Is there a dress code?
We suggest business casual attire as appropriate for the event. We recommend you dress as you feel comfortable and remember a jacket or sweater is recommended for the air-conditioned theater and exhibit hall.
Your badge is your "ticket" into all conference activities (sessions, exhibitions, meals and receptions). Badges must be worn at all times and are not transferable at any time.
Will speaker presentations be available after the event?
Speaker presentations will be available post-conference on the My Conference attendee portal. All registered attendees will receive an email with instructions for accessing the speaker presentations after the event. Please note: we must have the speaker's permission to post their presentation.
